#### PATCH 1.0.7.0 & EFLC SUPPORT ####
What is 1.0.3.0/1.0.4.0/1.0.0.4 ?

They are the best patches of GTA4 IMO.
With these patches, you have SSAO/Skylighting & more other stuff
You need the 1.0.4.0 (my favorite patch) to make iCEnhancer to run @ 100%
It's the only way to have the same result that you could see on videos
What is 1.0.7.0/STEAM/EFLC ?
---------------------------------
1.0.7.0 is the latest GTA4 patch.
Automatically installed by STEAM.
EFLC uses the same shaders
The big deal of these version?
BUGS.
ENB doesn't work great on latest version,
You won't have SSAO/Skylighting & you'll get
THE RED SKY; it's only visible on these patches
You still can downgrade your STEAM GTA4 to 1040
Just google it, there are MANY tutorials to do it.
But it worth the try.
EFLC users, you can't downgrade but the version you get here
is enough to play multiplayer well (I use it on MP with EFLC :) )
HOW TO INSTALL:
---------------
1 - Copy all the files inside the 2.1 folder
2 - Go to where the game is installed
3 - Paste your files & it's done
4 - Launch your game normally using the LaunchGTAIV.exe
THE CONFIG TOOL :
Download it seperately on http://icelaglace.com
Install it in the folder & tweak anything you want
Or if you're in ease with the INI & .fx files,
You can edit the files directly with notepad.

Try pressing Shift + F10 to remove the SSAO
Try going inside the INI or launch the config tool,
and set the shadow filtering to 2
(ShadowFilter in the iceconfig.ini)
